Getting help

If something in the app is not working as expected, please reach out by email and include:

• Your school and programme or schedule
• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead
• Your iOS version and Kron app version (Settings → About)

Known limitations

Kron is an unofficial client and depends on the public KronoX websites operated by each university. If a school's KronoX system is down or changes its layout, parts of the app may stop working until an update is released.
